Michigan State University Esports is officially launching in the Fall of 2023. With a brand-new Esports facility, the varsity program will consist of teams in Rocket League, Super Smash Bros, League of Legends, and Valorant. Michigan State University is a public land-grant research University founded in 1855. MSU has some of the best academic programs in the country, including the #1 ranked Game Development program at a public university according to the Princeton Review.
