Catawba Valley Red Hawk Esports

Biography

The Catawba Valley Community College Esports program was established in summer of 2019 and started competition in spring of 2020. The program has grown in past couple of years from two student athletes to nearly 30. We compete in VALORANT, Call of Duty, Super Smash Bros., Rocket League, Fortnite, Madden, NBA2K and FIFA in our dedicated gaming center on campus, which includes 12 gaming stations, five television set ups, couches and a custom multicade.
